MEMORANDUM Subject: Swiper Use and Responsibility As part of our commitment to provide excellent customer service, all truck team members will now be issued a swiper to receive payments from customers. Please note the following guidelines for the use and care of the swiper: It is your responsibility to take care of and not misplace the swiper. If the swiper breaks, we will replace it free of charge. However, if the swiper is lost, it will cost you $100 to replace it. If you separate employment, you are responsible to return the swiper. If you do not return the swiper, $100 will be deducted from your paycheck after separation. By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the above guidelines and agree to adhere to them.
