Royal Blue Service Program

This agreement is effective as of the date of the first service rendered for a term of 12 months. After the initial term, the agreement will continue until the Customer notifies 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in writing at least 90 days prior to their desire to discontinue service. Customer is responsible for any and all unpaid charges prior to termination of this service agreement up to and including the last service rendered. Customer agrees to make 1-800-GOT-JUNK? their sole provider for bulk item removal and like services. Customer hereby agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 1-800-GOT-JUNK? from any claims and damages arising out of or associated with this agreement, including any claims arising from services or products rendered by the company.
